Welcome to The Sage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our products and services, including Quest, Forge, Directory, and any other offerings.

By creating an account or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. About The Sage

The Sage is operated by Richard 'Bodhi' Perryer. We provide an AI companion and suite of products to support your journey.

• Forge — Build and create with a partner who knows your voice
• Directory — Connect with others and share your gifts

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use our products
• If you're under 18, you confirm you have parental/guardian consent

Account Responsibility

• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@wayofmos.com if you suspect unauthorized access

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription details and pricing will be communicated when our products launch. Key terms:

• Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice
• You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period

What You Can Do

• Use The Sage for personal growth and practice
• Track your activities and explore insights
• Share your journey respectfully within community features
• Provide feedback to help us improve

What You Can't Do

• Use our products for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak The Sage's safety guidelines
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. The Sage AI Companion - Important Disclaimers

Not Professional Advice

• The Sage does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, or professional counseling advice
• The Sage's guidance is based on AI language models, not clinical training
• Do not rely on The Sage for diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support

When to Seek Professional Help

If you're experiencing:

• Mental health crisis: Contact emergency services (988 in US, 112 in EU, 000 in Australia)
• Severe distress: Consult a licensed mental health professional
• Medical symptoms: Consult a qualified healthcare provider

AI Limitations

• The Sage may occasionally produce inaccurate responses
• Responses are generated algorithmically and should be evaluated thoughtfully
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from following The Sage's guidance

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Sage and all related products are owned by Richard 'Bodhi' Perryer and protected by intellectual property laws, including all designs, code, AI systems, logos, and branding.

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of the content and data you create
• You can export your data anytime

7. Data Privacy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@wayofmos.com. We'll delete your data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect.
